General Rates

Low season begins the day after Columbus Day weekend in October and ends the day before Memorial Day weekend in May.
High season begins the Friday before Memorial Day in May and ends after Columbus Day in October.
The following dates have special rates – Xmas, New Years, Valentine Day and Easter.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
Per person surcharge of $30 applies for each additional guest in a room.
Rates do not include tax.
